By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

    At Ole Peckers Jerky Co., our subscription service delivers premium beef jerky to your door every month. By subscribing, you save $2.00 per 7-ounce bag compared to the one-time purchase price, enjoying convenience and value with each delivery.
    Subscription Terms
    • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly at $17.99 per 7-ounce bag (regular price $19.99), plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month, starting from your initial subscription order.
    • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. You’ll receive a reminder email 5 days before your next billing date to confirm the upcoming shipment.
    • Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription, including pausing, skipping, or updating delivery preferences, through your customer account on our website or via the subscription management link in your order confirmation email.
    Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month’s shipment, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date. This allows us sufficient time to process your cancellation and halt the upcoming shipment. Cancellations requested after this period may result in the next scheduled shipment being processed and charged, as preparation and fulfillment may already be underway. To cancel:
    1. Log in to your customer account on our website.
    2. Navigate to the subscription management section.
    3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, contact our support team at [insert support email, e.g., support@olepeckersjerky.com] with your order details, and we’ll assist you.
    Modifications and Skips
    You can skip a delivery or modify your subscription (e.g., change flavors or delivery address) at any time through your customer account, provided changes are made at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Changes requested after this period may not apply to the immediate upcoming shipment.
    Shipping
    Subscriptions are shipped monthly via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days within the U.S. We aim to ensure your jerky arrives fresh and on time.
    Refunds and Returns
    Due to the perishable nature of our beef jerky, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@olepeckers.com with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion. Subscription payments are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
